- Sizing - Answer just a handful of questions about yourself. This is all our specialists need to find the perfect size for you.
- Try on at home - Your suit is delivered 7 days before your event. If something does not fit quite right, we will send you the right size free of charge.
- Enjoy wearing your suit!
- Send back unwashed - Send the outfit back using the enclosed return slip free of charge.
All we need is some basic information about you, such as age, height, and weight. Our algorithm compares your information with thousands of past orders. The final decision is made by a specialist.
If you want to be absolutely sure, you can send us your most important body measurements. We have prepared a video guide, which we will send you via email once you place your order, or you can find it in the shopping cart in the "Submit your measurements" section.
The range of sizes we offer is quite extensive. If you order early enough, we can even add the sizes you need just for you. We can only determine exactly which sizes you need once you placed your order. In case we really cannot provide your sizes, we will refund your money immediately.
We usually rent out our suits for one event. You should ship your suit back no later than 4 days after your event. You can extend your rental at the checkout by up to 4 weeks for an additional fee.
Other than the rental fee there are no additional charges for you. Cleaning, standard shipping and the return of your order are free of charge.
Of course! For short-notice orders submitting your body measurements is mandatory. You can find instructions on how to measure yourself at the checkout. We offer short-notice rentals within 3 business days subject to a small service fee.
If you place your order with sufficient lead time, you will receive your suit 7 days before your event. This gives you enough time to try it on. We will support you until everything fits perfectly. If you order on shorter notice, we will ship your suite no later than the next business day. You can book express processing for an additional fee.
We recommend that you place your order as early as possible so we can reserve your sizes for you. This ensures that you can try on your outfit a few days before your event at your convenience and gives us enough time to make sure everything fits perfectly.

Yes, after your rental. We will send you a quote before the end of your rental period via Email. We will fully deduct the cost of your rental from your quote. Please check your Spam folder.
